With competitive pay rates ranging from $0.57 to $0.68 per mile (CPM), we provide our dedicated drivers with weekly home time when living within 50 miles of Minneapolis. Our OTR drivers play a crucial role in our company, which values respect, reliability, and long-term career growth. Consistent Miles: Average 2,100 to 2,500 miles per week. Performance Pay: Earn additional monthly performance sign-on pay for the first 6 months ($0.025 - $0.05 CPM). Bonuses: Enjoy a $500 onboarding bonus and $1,000 vacation pay. Key Job Details: Annual Earnings: Between $62,250 and $74,250 per year.
