Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures in accordance with physician orders. Monitor, evaluate, and document client conditions, communicating updates promptly to care teams. Deliver advanced nursing interventions, including wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management (RNs). Educate clients and families about health maintenance, medication compliance, and home safety. Maintain accurate, detailed documentation following regulatory and agency standards. Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company healthcare protocols. Provide compassionate, patient-centered care that reflects Affirmed Home Care's values of dignity and excellence.
