Your Earning Potential: Achieve total annual earnings between $300k - $350k+, featuring a competitive base salary along with a monthly productivity incentive that is guaranteed throughout the initial 6-month onboarding phase. Your Daily Responsibilities: Deliver care in a fully remote, outpatient setting catering to a diverse patient base. Focus on lower to moderate acuity conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and PTSD. Engage with a wide range of patients, including specialized sessions for children and adolescents conducted by board-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists. Conduct 60-minute intake sessions and 30-minute follow-ups as standard. Access an in-house referral network to connect patients with therapists.
