Responsibilities About the Role As a vital part of our healthcare team, you will conduct comprehensive health assessments for members in their homes or in Skilled Nursing Facilities. Your visit could last up to one hour, where you will evaluate health conditions and gather essential information often missed in conventional clinics. Core responsibilities include: Performing assessments for adults and geriatrics, including medical history reviews, diagnoses, treatment plans, health education, and referrals for further services. Administering and ordering necessary testing to understand health needs better. Collaborating with physicians, case managers, social workers, and caregivers to provide comprehensive care. Engaging with Primary Care Physicians (PCPs) for ongoing education and follow-up. Delivering services in members’ homes, prioritizing their comfort and convenience. Work more hours or accept travel assignments to significantly increase your earnings, with average monthly income ranging from $1,800 to $11,500, depending on the number of visits and your state. Opportunities for Advancement - PRN providers can explore potential paths to full-time roles and bonuses. Qualifications A Master's Degree or equivalent experience, along with NP licensure. Current NP licensure with prescriptive authority or the ability to obtain it. Board certification from AANP, AACN, or ANCC in relevant specialties. Current BLS, ACLS or CPR certification. Preferred: One year of NP experience, although new graduates are encouraged to apply! Valid driver's license and automobile insurance. Strong computer and organizational skills.
