Role Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive, ongoing healthcare for individuals and families across all ages-from children to seniors. Oversee chronic conditions, preventive measures, acute health issues, and mental wellness with a focus on patient-centered care. Conduct thorough physical evaluations, analyze diagnostic results, and craft customized treatment plans. Leverage electronic medical records (EMR) to keep precise, up-to-date patient documentation. Provide care not only in person but also through virtual consultations to meet diverse patient needs and preferences. Education Requirements MD or DO from a recognized medical institution. Completion of a certified Family Medicine residency program. Certifications Board Certified in Family Medicine. Eligible for (or currently possess) a valid Pennsylvania medical license. BLS and ACLS certification preferred. Skills and Experience Proficient diagnostic and clinical abilities with a focus on proactive and preventive care.
