Schedule Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Job Description The CVICU specializes in providing intensive care for patients with cardiovascular conditions. The unit consists of 16 beds and is staffed with a team of 45 registered nurses, featuring a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio on both day and night shifts. The night shift is supported by 1 Clinical Nurse Coordinator and provides comprehensive care for critically ill patients. ResponsibilitiesConduct hemodynamic monitoring and manage advanced cardiac equipment Administer care for patients with chest tubes, art lines, and Swan Ganz catheters Provide ventilator support and monitor critically ill patients Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient care Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 2 years of critical care experience (adult ICU, CVICU, Neuro ICU, or any critical care specialty) Ventilator experience and skills in managing art lines, central lines, and chest tubes Preferred: CVICU specific experience, CABG recovery, CRRT, Impella management Must hold a current RN license Why ARMStaffing?
