We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector (NP/PA) with a strong foundation in facial aesthetics, a passion for women s health, and a desire to grow in an innovative, boutique clinical setting. This role offers a rare opportunity to practice at the intersection of aesthetic medicine and sexual wellness, delivering holistic care with natural, refined results. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary aesthetic injector, performing advanced treatments including: Neurotoxins (Botox , Dysport ) Dermal fillers (cheeks, lips, jawline, under-eye, etc.) PRP/PRF procedures including Vampire Facelift , Wing Lift , and hair restoration O-Shot , G-Shot , Clitoxin , and other female sexual wellness injections Conductcomprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans focused on balance, longevity, and patient goals Collaborate with aestheticians by performing Good Faith Exams and co-creating skincare and aesthetic treatment plans Perform and manage energy-based treatments such as Morpheus8 V, Votiva, Halo, and MonaLisa Touch Maintain high standards in documentation, communication, and patient education Provide pre- and post-procedure guidance and foster long-term patient relationships built on trust and results Qualifications Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in good standing in Texas Minimum 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injection experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers Strong understanding of facial anatomy and artistry in aesthetic medicine Genuine interest in women s health, hormone optimization, and sexual wellness Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Excellent bedside manner and ability to build lasting patient relationships What Sets Us Apart Collaborative, female-led clinical environment focused on whole-woman care A luxurious boutique setting blending medical excellence with a warm, empowering atmosphere Ongoing professional training and support for innovation and leadership Opportunity to expand your skills across aesthetic, wellness, and regenerative medicine Compensation & Benefits Full-time position Competitive compensation package 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Employee discounts on services and products
