Green Mountain Family Practice is seeking a dedicatedNurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)to join our team at Central Vermont Medical Center in Northfield, Vermont. In this role you will step into a wellestablished patient panel, practice fullspectrum family medicine in a modern, integrated clinic, and support student health at nearby Norwich University-all within a closeknit team that values collaboration, continuity, and patientcentered care.
