Full-time hours available for evenings 3 PM - 11 PM Per Diem shifts also available As a Registered Nurse, you will be integral in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your key responsibilities will include: Conducting patient assessments and creating individualized care plans Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed Monitoring and documenting patient vital signs and medical information Providing wound care and various nursing interventions Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic care Supervising and guiding Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to ensure quality care What We Deliver: ~$4,000 Sign-On Bonus!
