Speak to a recruiter to discover all the benefits available to you.Qualifications for Transition Team Nurses: ​ Have a current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Have at least one year of verifiable work experience as an RN or LPN, preferably with pediatrics NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience preferred Achieve a passing score on high-tech Adult and Pediatric simulations. Hold current CPR certification Ability to work in a teaching setting to prepare and educate the ongoing BAYADA care team Availability to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule Ability to travel throughout Allegheny, Fayette, Washington, & Westmoreland Counties Expectations: Willingness to travel (up to 1 hour throughout counties outlined above) Monthly weekend commitments (at least 2 weekend shifts per month) Reliability & flexibility- willingness to meet overall client scheduling needs with other Transition Team members Thrive in a Culture That Cares:We put your well-being first, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment of belonging where you can achieve your goals.
