Your Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough 60-minute psychiatric assessments and 30-minute evaluation and management sessions remotely. Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications in adherence to state and federal regulations. Integrate brief psychotherapy as appropriate to assist patients in achieving their goals efficiently. Work alongside therapists and other providers through integrated care plans and shared insights. Utilize data-informed tools to create tailored treatment plans for improved patient outcomes. Participate in ongoing learning and collaboration with fellow clinicians and clinical leadership. What Success Looks Like: In your first 90 days, familiarize yourself with Two Chairs' systems and refine relevant workflows while gradually building a solid caseload. By the end of your first year, establish a strong patient base and contribute to transformative mental health care. What We Provide: Reliable Compensation: Hourly rates from $62 to $96 based on experience and location, along with opportunities for bonuses and annual merit increases. Flexible Part-time Position: Work up to 16 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours; anticipate spending 75% of your time on direct patient care. Your Qualifications: Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). Active PMHNP license, with a willingness to obtain additional licenses as needed. A minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health services as a PMHNP. Active DEA license. Previous experience in remote telepsychiatry services.
