University Home Care Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN with Kinnser experience to provide exceptional home care services in Troy, MI, and the surrounding areas. Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a home setting following physician orders and care plans. Document patient assessments, care, and progress using Kinnser software accurately and timely. Coordinate with interdisciplinary care team members to optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication use, and health maintenance. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing home health care. Maintain professional nursing standards and uphold patient confidentiality at all times. Requirements Current and valid RN license in Michigan. Proven experience with Kinnser home care documentation system. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health care. Excellent clinical and communication skills. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Troy and surrounding areas. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
