Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is assisting a client in recruiting for a Part-Time Registered Nurse - Occupational Health in Detroit, MI. This is a great opportunity for an experienced RN looking for a consistent once-per-week overnight shift supporting workplace health and safety programs. Pay: $38 - $50 per hour Schedule: Sundays, 10:00 PM - 8:00 AMJob Responsibilities Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to clinical operations including OSHA, DOT, and CDC standards Evaluate, treat, and prioritize patient care within the RN scope of practice Provide evidence-based care to injured workers and support return-to-work programs Coordinate case management with the third-party administrator (TPA) and client representatives Implement and monitor transitional duty programs for injured employees Perform medical screenings and diagnostic testing including EKG, audiometry, spirometry, and vision testing Administer medications and provide emergency care within scope of practice Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records Ensure medical equipment is maintained and clinical areas remain clean and compliant with infection control standards Educate patients on health promotion and follow-up care Collaborate with healthcare providers, safety teams, and company leadership on workplace health initiatives and injury prevention Assist with accident investigations and workplace safety programs Qualifications Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan Minimum 3 years of RN experience in occupational health, emergency room, or ambulatory care Experience with workplace health programs, injury management, and return-to-work coordination preferred BLS certification (AHA, ARC, or equivalent) required; ACLS may be required depending on site needs Occupational Health certifications such as COHN or COHN-S are preferred Why Work with Adecco Weekly pay Access to medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits for eligible associates Dedicated recruiter support throughout your assignment Pay Details: $38.00 to $50.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
