Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00a-5:00p Practice Setting: Cancer Center Types of Cases and Required Procedures: General Hematology - Oncology. In Office and Infusion Practice Credentialing Timeframe: 6-8 Weeks Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Mosaiq Certifications Required: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certification, and Oncology Certified Licensure Required: Active New York State License and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Facility Location Across the Brooklyn Bridge from Manhattan, this dynamic community is filled with history, charm and diversity.
