Assist in training and mentoring new staff members. Respond promptly to emergencies and unexpected situations. Qualifications Current and valid LPN license in the state of Michigan. Minimum of 2 years clinical nursing experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems. CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
