Vacation, sick leave, and paid holidays package What you will do: As a Home Health RN you will deliver holistic, home health care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation; and you will effectively interact with patients, caregivers, and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing practice. Who you are: Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing. Current, active license in the State of California by the Board of Registered Nursing. Current CPR, health clearance and clinical skills self-assessment. Successful passage (80%) of Agency competency exam and core competency per skills checklist.
