Your key responsibilities will include loading products onto hand trucks and unloading them at each designated customer location. You will pick up loaded trucks at the loading dock and return empty trucks at the end of your route. Occasionally, you may assist with loading trucks and palletizing products. Your supervisor will provide assignments as needed. Key Responsibilities Effectively manage routes to meet or exceed designated times. Unload products efficiently using hand carts, ensuring proper placement in customer designated storage areas, often navigating ramps and stairs in all weather conditions. Regularly lift and move products weighing between 1-100 pounds, including bending, twisting, and reaching to stack and unstack items. Verify deliveries with customers and gather necessary signatures, communicating with management in cases of discrepancies. Professionally address customer complaints, ensuring a positive delivery experience. Properly handle company equipment, following safety protocols, and conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies. Minimum Qualifications Aged 21 years or older. Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record. Ability to communicate effectively in English, understand traffic signs, and complete reports. Able to lift, push, or move products weighing an average of 40-60 pounds, up to 100 pounds. Flexible availability including potential overtime, weekends, and holidays as required by the business. Preferred Qualifications 1 year of customer delivery experience. 6 months of experience with hand carts or hand trucks. 6 months experience in the Food and Beverage industry. 2 years of consistent work history.
