NEW Occupational Therapist Opening West Palm Beach Florida Area We re seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join a collaborative rehab team in Palm Beach County. This is a full-time day shift position with rotating weekends at a large, modern hospital known for advanced care across multiple specialties. What You ll Do: Evaluate patients and create individualized care plans to improve function and independence Deliver skilled therapy interventions in alignment with physician orders and patient goals Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed Educate patients and families on techniques, adaptive strategies, and ongoing care Collaborate with the care team to ensure the best outcomes and patient experience What We re Looking For: Licensed/Registered Occupational Therapist (ROT) Bachelor s degree in Occupational Therapy BLS certification (within 30 days of hire) At least 1 year of experience preferred, new grads welcome!
