Join us and put your passion, determination, and skill to work building the future!Position ResponsibilitiesLead Subsonic Flight Demonstrator (SFD) EME Systems Integration through program milestonesProvide executive level briefings and progress reportsCommunicate and coordinate with Boeing Commercial Aircraft teams (EME, Systems Integration, Structures, )Develop and validate electromagnetic requirements for electrical/electronic systems, mechanical systems, fuel systems, interconnects and structuresOptimize design solution options and create tools to enable inform design decisionsCollaborate with multiple disciplines in developing architectures to integrate components into higher level systems and platformsSupport SFD project management by coordinating the development of work statements, schedule, and budget.Develop proposals to support development of new businessChampion Systems Engineering, Model Based Systems Engineering, and Multi-Disciplinary Analysis and Optimization development and deployment on the SFD programBasic Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer scienceAirplane level Systems Integration experienceExperience with directing engineering teams for the definition and execution of workWilling to Travel Domestically and internationally as neededExpert Technical Understanding in EME, Physics, Composite Structures, or Aerospace Systems EngineeringPreferred Qualifications8+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceAdvanced degree in physics, electrical engineering, or aerospaceAirplane level Systems Integration Leadership experienceExperience with Model Based System Engineering tools applied to Aerospace platformsProgram leadership experience demonstrating systems integration expertise in EMEExcellent communication skills able to interact with executive leadership to brief plans and accomplishmentsTravel25%Drug Free WorkplaceBoeing is a Drug Free Workplace (DFW) where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Pay & BenefitsAt Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
