Construction Superintendent Lead all field operations for ground-up recreational and athletic facility projects. Coordinate subcontractors, trades, materials, inspections, and site logistics. Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality control, and documentation. Drive the project schedule, short-interval planning, and milestone tracking. Partner closely with the Project Manager on cost control, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. Serve as the key on-site representative for owners, design teams, community partners, and inspectors. Mentor assistant superintendents and participate in ongoing team development. Mostly local projects, with rare travel to check in on out-of-area builds.
