Developing and implementing comprehensive estate plans for clients to effectively manage their assets and minimize potential tax liabilities.2. Providing legal advice on trust and estate matters, including drafting and reviewing trust agreements, wills, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.3. Navigating probate processes, including the administration of estates and trusts.4. Advising clients on tax law implications related to estate planning and trust administration.5. Representing clients in court proceedings related to trust and estate disputes.Qualifications1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.2. Admitted to practice law in the state.3. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in trust and estate law, probate law, and tax law.4. Demonstrated experience in drafting and reviewing various estate planning documents.5. Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws related to estate planning and trust administration.6. Excellent negotiation, litigation, and dispute resolution skills.7. Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients in an understandable manner.8.
