General Responsibilities Perform assembly tasks according to established procedures and specifications. Operate cutting machines to accurately cut fabric materials to required dimensions. Inspect materials for quality and consistency, identifying any defects or discrepancies. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times. What do we offer? High school diploma, GED, or equivalent relevant experience is required. Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related field preferred. Proficiency in operating cutting machines and other manufacturing equipment preferred. Ability to read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams required.
