Hours & Pay: Schedule : Monday-Friday, 6 AM - 3 PM OR 12 PM - 9 PM Pay Rate : $20/hour Employment Type : Temp-to-hire Training Note: Candidates must be available for Day 1 training from 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM, then transition to the standard shift. What You'll Be Doing: As a Warehouse Worker, you'll keep operations running smoothly and efficiently with tasks like: Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization. Cutting wire and filling pipe orders accurately. Operating forklifts, including cherry pickers, reach trucks, and stand-up/sit-down forklifts. Receiving, stocking, replenishing, and auditing inventory. Loading and unloading trucks. Performing other warehouse duties as needed. What You Bring: Experience operating a Cherry Picker or other powered industrial trucks (PIT). Strong attendance, reliability, and a team-player mindset. The desire for long-term employment and growth opportunities. Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in a warehouse environment. Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse operating systems. Excellent communication skills and customer service focus. Willingness to learn from mistakes and continuously improve.
