Job DescriptionAssembly and Molding OperatorsLocation: Rochester Hills, MI Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour (Paid Weekly) Shifts & Pay Rates: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM $15.00 - Assembly $16.00 - Molding 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM $15.25 - Assembly $16.25 - Molding 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM $17.00 - Assembly Job Responsibilities: Operate assembly machinery within the secondary operations, following operator instructions Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality, using gauges as required per control plans and quality check sheets Maintain high-quality standards for all production parts within the assigned work cell Report any quality defects to the Team Leader or Supervisor Complete and maintain daily production paperwork (production reports, scrap reports, 5S housekeeping, etc.) Scan and print SAP product labels Follow and support Lean Manufacturing principles Actively participate in Elimination of Waste Team meetings Contribute to the achievement of company goals and objectives Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred Ability to pass a drug and background check Basic computer skills and familiarity with workplace machinery such as SAP handheld scanners, calculators, and printers Benefits: Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Vacation & Holidays Weekly Pay This is a great opportunity to join a growing team with competitive pay, benefits, and room for advancement.
