Responsibilities: Oversee daily picking, packing, and shipping operations to ensure orders are completed efficiently and accurately Guide and support a team of up to 10 warehouse employees, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met Assign and prioritize tasks throughout the day to maintain steady workflow between departments Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when reviewing orders and preparing shipments Communicate clearly with team members and management regarding order status, priorities, and operational needs Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure orders are processed and shipped on schedule Interpret and process sales orders, packing slips, and shipping labels in English Foster a cooperative team environment while maintaining strong productivity and performance standards Required Experience: High school diploma or GED 1-3 years of supervisory or lead experience in a warehouse or distribution center Experience in a fast-paced distribution environment Familiarity with UPS WorldShip and FedEx shipping systems a plus Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Authorized to work legally in the United States Physical Requirements: Move freely about the warehouse including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs Lift 10-30 lbs regularly, up to 50-60 lbs occasionally Benefits: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Competitive salary and benefit package Paid Time Off and holidays Salary: $56K+ annually and Overtime Ask for: Natalie Job Id: 26017
