Start your new career as a Warehouse Associate with MAU at Milliken-Gerrish in Pendleton, SC. As a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily production by accurately replenishing yarn packages to the filling trees and managing waste materials from the production floor. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.What We Offer: Pay of $16.55 - $17.19 based on experience Temp-to-hire opportunity 12-hour rotating shifts (average 42 hours/week) What We're Looking For: Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly Strong communication skills and discipline Ability to read, write, and follow instructions Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) Comfortable operating powered industrial trucks (Tugger, Forklift, Flatbed) Willingness to work in a loud, fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to stand for up to 6.5 hours and lift buckets (20-30 lbs) up to 450 times per shift What You'll Do as a Warehouse Associate: Replenish yarn packages to filling trees with precision Pick up and sort catchcord, nylon, and polyester waste from production areas Bale waste and manage empty tubes Complete daily team maintenance activities Audit safety items and follow all plant safety rules and procedures Maintain accurate records using computers and other documentation tools
