Join our team as a Warehouse Loader, where your efforts will play a crucial role in our operations. This physically demanding position involves assembling pallets of product for bulk and route trucks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in loading and unloading processes. As a Warehouse Loader, you will: Utilize electronic order systems or order sheets to build loads using a forklift and/or electronic pallet jack. Follow strict loading protocols and maintain accuracy in documentation. Keep the warehouse environment clean and safe. Handle various weather conditions while loading and unloading materials. Your responsibilities will also include: Transporting full pallets from the warehouse to trailers and processing returned pallets/plastic flats. Selecting designated packages for bulk truck loading and maintaining pallet stability while stacking and shrink-wrapping. Customizing products/packages for route truck orders. We seek individuals who can lift cases weighing between 20-45 pounds repeatedly and remain active throughout the shift. This position requires constant movement including standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching. Key Duties Include: Driving power pallet jacks or forklifts to the picking area and building pallets according to load sheets. Documenting out-of-stock items on load tickets. Wrapping finished pallets and staging them for loading. Submitting paperwork for review before loading activities. Maintaining high housekeeping standards in your work area. Ensuring predictable and reliable attendance. Basic Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older. Preferred Experience: Experience in a warehouse setting, including order selection, storage, and staging products. Familiarity with operating forklifts and handling racking systems.
