Job Full Description Job Posting: Order Picker - 2nd Shift Location: Lakeville, MN Pay: $21/hour Shift: 2nd Shift (Exact hours to be provided) Job Type: Full-Time We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Order Picker to join our 2nd shift operations in a food manufacturing environment. This role is essential in ensuring the timely and accurate handling of materials and finished goods while maintaining strict food safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Review scheduled receipts and shipments daily Ensure accurate receipt of materials, including raw, packaging, and co-pack products Verify outgoing shipments match the bill of lading Complete required paperwork and forms for material receipts; enter data into Sage ERP system Conduct quality checks on materials (color, moisture) Stage outgoing shipments and unload/store finished goods Coordinate with the Logistics team for timely deliveries Actively participate in the company's safety program (AWAIR), including meetings and training sessions Promote and maintain a safe working environment compliant with all regulatory and company standards Adhere to Food Safety and Quality objectives, including compliance with FDA and Safe Quality Food (SQF) certification standards Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: 1+ years of experience in a food manufacturing or FDA-regulated industry Valid Forklift License Proficiency in using ERP systems (experience with Sage ERP preferred) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety Ability to work around moving machinery Physical requirements: Ability to stand, lift, and bend for 95% of the workday Ability to squat/crouch and push/pull 33% of the workday Ability to twist, grasp, and turn for 50% of the workday What We Offer: Competitive pay at $21/hour Stable 2nd shift position Training and growth opportunities A team-oriented, safety-first culture If you're a dependable worker with warehouse experience and a commitment to food safety and quality, we want to hear from you!
