Job Title: Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate for our manufacturing facility specializing in AC/DC drives. The position involves handling various warehouse duties to ensure smooth operations in our new headquarters located in Franklin, WI. Job Description Process orders and pick parts for internal work. Perform shipping and receiving duties, including handling bills of lading and packing slips. Utilize RF scanners for inventory management. Operate ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft AX, or similar for data entry. Operate forklifts, both sit-down and stand-up models, as well as pallet jacks and walkie riders. Load and unload trucks with various materials. Essential Skills At least 2 years of experience in material handling or forklift operation. Proven experience in loading and unloading materials for at least 2 years. Competency in using RF scanners. Experience with ERP systems, inventory management, and shipping and receiving. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Proficiency in using pallet wrappers. Technological savvy. High School Diploma or GED required. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Milwaukee, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.27 - $20.10/hr.
