Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Compensation Hourly Pay: $27.42 $36.95 (based on experience) Night Shift Differential: +$4.50/hour Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000 Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis 401(k): 100% employer match on 3% to 9% of pay Position Overview We are hiring a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our high-performing respiratory care team in a fast-paced, acute care hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, be adaptable under pressure, and committed to delivering quality care across all age groups. Shift Available Nights (rotating weekends may be required) Key Responsibilities Perform routine and complex respiratory therapy procedures for neonate to geriatric patients Manage and operate acute care ventilators for both short- and long-term mechanical ventilation Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans Document patient care activities accurately and timely Educate patients and families on respiratory treatments and therapies Adhere to hospital safety policies and regulatory standards Qualifications Minimum 1 year of RRT experience required Associate Degree from an AMA-accredited respiratory care program Active Florida RRT license required at time of application BLS certification required Why Join Our Team?
