Job Title: ShippingLocation: Chandler, AZ Shift: 2:00PM - 10:00pm [Hourly Pay Range] $18.25 - $18.25Employment Type: Temp to Hire Schedule: M-F 2:00PM - 10:30PM hipping Warehouse Associate Position Summary The Shipping Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, staging, and shipping outgoing orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency using RFID scanning technology, and the ability to safely perform physical warehouse tasks while maintaining productivity and accuracy. Key Responsibilities Pick and pack customer orders accurately using pick tickets and warehouse system instructions Utilize RFID scanners and handheld devices to track, verify, and process inventory movements Read and interpret product labels, SKUs, date codes, and shipping documentation Prepare shipments for outbound delivery, ensuring proper packaging and labeling Load and unload trucks as required Maintain organization and cleanliness within assigned warehouse areas Perform inventory checks and assist with cycle counts as needed Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols Qualifications & Requirements Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds on a regular basis Experience operating RFID scanners or handheld warehouse devices Ability to accurately read and interpret labels, SKUs, and shipping documentation Basic computer skills, including navigating warehouse systems and inputting data Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods Strong attention to detail and time management skills Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred but not required Experience using a pallet jack or forklift is a plus, but not required Work Environment Fast-paced warehouse environment Extended periods of standing and walking Exposure to varying temperatures depending on the facility #ICOM Benefits: Eastridge Workforce Solutions offers the following benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
