Job Description: The Assembly B - Exhaust Processor is responsible for producing high-quality products that meet customer specifications while maintaining sufficient inventory to support internal and external customers. This role involves interpreting analytical and diagnostic data, following detailed procedures, monitoring production equipment, and maintaining accurate records to ensure production efficiency and quality standards in a clean room environment. Requirement/Must Have: High school diploma or equivalent. Related manufacturing experience. bility to follow written procedures and complete assigned work within production timelines. Knowledge of safety procedures, including mechanical, chemical, and electrical safety. bility to wear clean room attire and work in a clean room environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. bility to work independently and in a team environment. bility to multitask while monitoring multiple stations. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Close attention to detail and quality. Good communication skills. Team-oriented mindset. bility to work with minimal supervision when required. bility to make quality decisions quickly. Patience. United States citizenship required for security clearance. bility to obtain and receive security clearance within required timelines. Experience: Manufacturing work experience preferred. Experience working in clean room environments. Experience with statistical process control methodologies preferred. Experience with ultra-high vacuum technology or semiconductor processing preferred. Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean methodologies, and 5S principles preferred. Responsibilities: Produce quality products that meet customer specifications. Interpret data from analytical and diagnostic equipment to make informed decisions. Follow written process procedures for image tube processing. Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively. Monitor vacuum, temperature, and torque measurements from various meters and sensing devices. Maintain accurate records using the Quality Tracking System. Identify and communicate equipment or process deviations to engineering. dhere to vacuum and clean room best practices. Maintain acceptable production yields as determined by supervisors and engineers. Perform additional duties as assigned. Should Have: Strong attendance record. Self-motivated with the ability to complete goals and assigned tasks. Flexibility to work extended schedules or overtime as needed. Skills: Strong manual dexterity and coordination.
