Warehouse Attendant - Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Attendant with a positive attitude to join our team at GrowNScale. The Warehouse Attendant will play a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. Responsibilities include assisting with loading and unloading materials, operating forklifts and hand tools, and performing various tasks to support daily operations. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who takes initiative, works independently without needing constant direction, and consistently contributes to a positive team environment. ?? This is a short-term contract position only for the following dates: March 19, 20, 23, 24, 30, and 31. Qualifications Prior experience as a Warehouse Attendant or in a similar role is preferred Experienced forklift operator with proficiency in handling heavy freight Must be able to operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts (both propane and electric) Forklift certification is a strong plus Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods Self-motivated with a strong work ethic-takes initiative without waiting for instructions Demonstrated positive attitude and ability to collaborate with team members Basic understanding of workplace safety practices High school diploma or equivalent is a plus Warehouse Attendant - Responsibilities Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing warehouse materials Operate forklifts, hand tools, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Clean, maintain, and organize work areas to ensure an orderly warehouse environment Perform basic maintenance tasks as needed to support operations Follow supervisor instructions while also taking initiative to identify and complete tasks independently Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe, hazard-free warehouse environment Contribute to team success through proactive support, collaboration, and a positive work ethic Complete tasks promptly to maintain operational efficiency and warehouse flow Warehouse Attendant - Job Details Position: Warehouse Attendant (1099 Contractor) Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Work Dates: March 19, 20, 23, 24, 30, and 31 only Location: Boca Raton If you are a reliable, self-motivated Warehouse Attendant looking for a dynamic work environment where initiative is valued, we encourage you to apply.
