The Warehouse Forklift Operator will utilize industrial, powered, computer-equipped standup forklifts to efficiently move materials throughout the distribution center and accurately place products in designated areas. Be prepared to work at heights of 20 feet or more at times. Benefits you can count on: Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour. Shift: Monday through Friday Start Time: 4:00 am until end of production; shifts are released once production goals are met. This position operates in the Cooler/Freezer or Perishable building. We provide all necessary PPE for these conditions. Generous benefits starting on your 60th day: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA, and company-paid life insurance. Accrue vacation time and sick leave from day one, with paid holidays available after 90 days. Eligibility for 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days. Your Responsibilities as a Warehouse Forklift Operator: Retrieve and transport products to assigned locations. Identify products for sorting and placement. Adhere to aisle specifications for product organization. Record and enter products accurately for each shift. Maintain safety standards to prevent injuries and product damage. Other tasks may be assigned as necessary. Qualifications You'll Bring: Must be at least 18 years old. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience with forklift operation and RF Utility is preferred but not required.
