Production Assembler

Pay: $20.21/hr | Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Mon-Sat) | Hours: 40 hrs/week + OT | Onsite | Start ASAP Pay: $21.26/hr | Shift: 3rd Shift (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Mon-Sat) | Hours: 40 hrs/week + OT | Onsite | Start ASAP Description Seeking a hands-on Production Assembler with prior assembly or building experience in manufacturing, food service, automotive, or similar environments. This role involves assembling, testing, and packaging electronic and mechanical products to quality and production standards in compliance with ISO procedures. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Perform assembly, testing, and packaging of products using work instructions, visual aids, and SOPs Operate hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches) and electric/pneumatic power tools Use product-specific tooling and fixtures Maintain material flow and move parts within work cells/departments Rotate between operations and complete production records Identify and report process non-compliance issues Lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods Work independently or in a team environment Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Hands-on experience in assembly, manufacturing, mechanical or electronic production Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Experience in fast-paced environments with strong attendance record Basic computer skills (timekeeping systems such as Dayforce) Reliable transportation Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn Safety shoes reimbursement up to $150 after 30 days (receipt required)
