Job Full Description Now Hiring: Assembly Associate - Joliet, ILPay Rate: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-11pm - must train on 1st for 2 weeks 7:00am-3:30pm Start Dates: ASAP - Onsite interview required About the Role We are looking for reliable and motivated Assembly associates to join our team assembling cellular tower antennas. Most work is done at standing-height tables, with some lifting of components up to 50 lbs. Main Responsibilities Assemble components according to engineering drawings and work instructions Use basic hand and power tools (screwdrivers, pliers, small drills, etc.) Measure components with precision tools (calipers, etc.) Perform quality checks during and after assembly Support a clean, safe, and organized work environment Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience with light mechanical assembly (small parts preferred) Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools Ability to read and follow technical drawings and assembly instructions Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn Candidate Profile We're seeking candidates who: Have assembly or manufacturing experience Can work independently and as part of a team Follow written instructions and quality procedures Are dependable and safety-focused Additional Details Screening: No drug test or background check required. ?
