Forklift Operator - 1st Shift

Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Forklift Operator for an industrial client in the Goose Creek, SC area. This is a temp-to-hire position that operates on a set 1 st shift schedule from Monday to Friday with the potential for overtime as needed. Benefits of the Forklift Operator: Set-schedule Monday - Friday operating from 6:00am - 2:30pm Positive working environment Competitive pay and benefits upon hire Job Responsibilities of the Forklift Operator : Assist with shipping and receiving operations, including unloading trucks using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts. Verify incoming and outgoing shipments by matching purchase orders, checking counts, and documenting cargo condition. Pick, sort, and stage materials based on work orders, part numbers, and shipment requirements. Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to move, store, and load materials safely and efficiently. Scan outbound shipments and conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and product control. Maintain warehouse organization and perform basic facility upkeep, including equipment storage and floor maintenance. Complete required documentation, audits, and reports while communicating any issues or damages to leadership. Follow safety procedures, perform routine equipment checks, and support overall warehouse operations as needed. Requirements and Qualifications of the Forklift Operator: High School Diploma or GED At least 1+ years of experience operating a sit-down forklift At least 1+ years of experience loading and unloading trailers
