Hospitalist Physician

Location: AdventHealth Ocala Start Date: MUST BE ABLE TO START u pon completion of credentialing (approximately 4 6 months) About the Role: We are seeking a dedicatednocturnist to join our team at AdventHealth Ocala. This is a nocturnist position with no day/swing shifts, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while providing excellent patient care. Compensation & Schedule: 15/16 days per month (183 shifts/year): Base salary $325,000+ Option to pick up additional shifts for extra income RVU and quality incentives, paid monthly with a 60-day delay Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance CME allowance 401(k) with employer match Malpractice coverage with tail assistance Responsibilities: Admissions (10-14 on average) APP and residents work nightly to assist with admissions and floor calls No procedures or codes required Utilize Epic EMR for all documentation and patient management Qualifications: Board-certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Hospitalist experience preferred but not required Why Join AdventHealth Ocala?
