Warehouse Associate - 1st ShiftSchedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMPosition Summary The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management while following company safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Receive and unload incoming shipments; label, record, and store materials in designated locations. Pick, stage, and pack customer orders according to specifications. Prepare boxes, label shipments, and ensure all products are properly identified. Process shipping and receiving transactions in the warehouse management system. Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy. Conduct basic forklift safety checks and ensure equipment is in proper working condition. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed. Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow all company safety procedures. Assist with hazardous material handling and disposal when required (training provided). Perform other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements Frequently lift and move up to 55 lbs and occasionally move heavier materials with equipment. Regular standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching. Ability to work in a loud warehouse environment with exposure to moving equipment, dust, heat, and other industrial conditions. Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses and steel-toe shoes.
