Assembler - Elgin, IL4PM-2:30AM MONDAY-THURSDAY$18/HRCAN START ASAP!Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated assembler with a keen eye for detail, ready to take part in a dynamic and evolving team environment. This role requires you to be on your feet throughout the day and collaborate effectively with team members. You will have the opportunity to be cross-trained in various areas, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the entire process.Responsibilities Receive and document incoming parts and materials. Perform a factory reset with a manual button press. Conduct automatic tests by plugging in up to 32 units to determine necessary repairs. Execute Wi-Fi tests and elevated temperature tests. Perform cosmetic cleaning and repairs. Conduct In Process Quality Control (IPQC). Prepare kits and pack out/pallet build for shipment. Ensure parts are scanned at every step of the process. Essential Skills Strong attention to detail. Ability to stand for the entire day. Ability to work collaboratively with others. Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple areas. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with assembly, picking, packing, and retail. Skills in repair and refurbishing parts. Proficiency in quality inspection and electronic assembly. Experience with soldering, test equipment, RF scanners, and computer use. Ability to read blueprints and use power tools. General labor experience.
