Warehouse Associate

Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our growing skincare line. This role involves receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping skincare products with a focus on accuracy, quality, and cleanliness. The ideal candidate has previous warehouse experience, a strong work ethic, and a passion for maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Receive and inspect incoming skincare products and raw materials for quality and accuracy. Organize and store inventory in designated areas, maintaining product integrity and cleanliness. Accurately pick and pack orders for wholesale, retail, and eCommerce customers. Prepare shipping labels and documentation; coordinate with shipping carriers as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment following hygiene protocols specific to skincare and cosmetic products. Perform regular inventory counts and assist in stock audits and cycle counts. Ensure all products are handled in accordance with quality standards, including temperature and contamination controls. Communicate effectively with the warehouse lead and other team members to ensure timely order fulfillment. Assist with assembly or kitting of skincare sets, promotional bundles, and subscription boxes. Follow all company procedures, safety guidelines, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.Qualifications: Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping/receiving experience preferred-especially in beauty, cosmetics, or health/wellness products. Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS). Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and strong time management. Must be able to work in a team and adapt to changing priorities.Work Environment: Clean warehouse environment with occasional exposure to scented products. May require occasional weekend or evening shifts during peak seasons.
