Job Description NOW HIRING: 2nd Shift Assembler Vernon Hills, IL 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (DOE, based on department) We are seeking dependable and motivated Assemblers to become an integral part of a growing production team in Vernon Hills, IL. This is a 2nd shift opportunity offering competitive pay based on experience and department placement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, team-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Work collaboratively with a team to assemble products or mechanical components Rotate through various production tasks depending on department needs Operate hand tools and assembly equipment safely and efficiently Conduct quality inspections on finished products and components Identify defects or inconsistencies and report issues to supervisors Prepare finished products for shipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation Follow all safety guidelines and production procedures Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred Familiarity with hand tools and assembly equipment Ability to read work instructions and follow detailed processes Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift and handle materials as required Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Strong team player with reliable attendance Pre-Employment Requirements Drug screening required Background check required Apply Today!
