Working under the direction of Engineering Management and the direct supervision of Material Resource Planning, this role ensures that assembled cores are prepared for welding operations with precision and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Perform manual assembly of fragile components with precision and care. Utilize production fixtures, coils, and raw materials to assemble products according to specifications. Follow detailed written instructions provided on production travel cards. Maintain accurate records of raw material lot numbers, production counts, assembly dates, and other process-related data. Ensure compliance with quality standards and report any issues to management. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the company's part numbering systems, product components, and descriptions. Work collaboratively with the production and engineering teams to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output. Qualifications & Skills: Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail. Ability to handle fragile components with care. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures. Ability to follow written instructions and maintain accurate production records. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
