In this role, you'll play a critical part in moving materials throughout the facility, supporting production efforts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order fulfillment. Shift: Monday to Friday - 2nd shift 2:00pm - 10:00pm Pay: Direct Hire! $21 What You'll Do: • Safely and efficiently move materials to support production, packaging, and warehouse storage. • Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and stage them for shipping. • Stack pallets securely to maximize space and minimize damages. • Load trucks efficiently, ensuring optimal trailer capacity and stability. • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment proficiently and safely. • Complete all necessary documentation accurately, including pick lists and shipping papers. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment. • Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report any damages or issues. Required Skills: • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. • Minimum of 2 years forklift experience in a fast-paced warehouse setting. • Strong attention to detail and excellent physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. • Good judgment and coordination for operating forklifts and other equipment. • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately. Nice to Have Skills: • Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems. • Additional certifications in forklift operation or safety training. Preferred Education and Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • Prior experience in a similar warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred but not required. Other Requirements: • Ability to work in various temperatures and environments, including dust, allergens, and humidity. • Potential for overtime. • Must be physically capable of performing repetitive motions and working at elevated levels if necessary. • This is a long-term, on-site position committed to safety, accuracy, and teamwork.
