Warehouse Associate

About the Job Hot Topic Distribution Center is hiring directly and looking for Full-Time WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATES! Our associates are the pillar of our business and are cross-trained in multiple areas within the warehouse. We move quickly, so you'll be able to keep up with our pace while using the appropriate supplies and packing materials. Position Overview:You'll handle shipments efficiently to ensure smooth workflow from one workstation to the next. Associates can pick orders, pack and prepare orders for shipment, check accuracy, induct in a timely manner, load and unload trucks, and stock new merchandise. We offer our associates a lot of development and growth within our climate-controlled building that has an awesome break room and overhead music throughout. SCHEDULES: ALL SHIFTS ARE SUBJECT TO MANDATORY OVERTIME AS NEEDED: Monday-Thursday 4:45 am-3:15 pm OR 4:55 am - 3:25 pm. Sunday-Wednesday 4:00 pm - 2:30 am. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 5:00 am-5:30 pm OR 4:45 am - 5:15 pm. WHAT YOU'LL NEED:Ability to multitask. Detail-oriented. Basic Computer Skills. Organizational Skills. Communication Skills. Ability to lift heavy boxes (up to 50 lbs.). Previous Shipping/Receiving experience preferred but not required.
