Warehouse Associate

Frame Industries, Inc. is a locally-owned hardwood flooring manufacturer looking for a reliable, motivated person for a Warehouse Associate position. The schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, including two 10-minute paid-breaks and a 30-minute lunch. We have a relaxed atmosphere and we're all about teamwork. This position will be responsible for pulling and packing flooring orders in our warehouse, pulling moldings orders, loading local customers and freight trucks using an industrial fork truck, moving in-process material between our different departments, receiving shipments, communicating with our customer service representatives regarding order status, and managing organization within the warehouse. This position requires being able to lift flooring boxes weighing between 30 to 70 pounds each; building flooring orders will comprise the majority of your work day. A successful candidate for this position will be able to work independently and as a team, have strong attention to detail, and have excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be adaptable to unexpected changes, have a positive mindset, have confidence to make decisions and apply company policies, work safely, and have good time management and multi-tasking skills.
