Job DescriptionMechanical Assembler / Assembly Technician We are currently seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join our team. This role involves assembling mechanical equipment and components according to engineering specifications, blueprints, and schematics. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and experience working with mechanical assemblies and tools. Shift: 1stPay Rate: $20/hr. - $24/hr.Responsibilities Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, and bills of materials. Interpret piping schematic drawings to layout, assemble, and plumb pneumatic panels and machinery components. Assemble mechanical parts and equipment using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments according to required specifications. Maintain a basic personal tool set (English and metric). Rework and repair assembled equipment as required due to engineering specification changes. Maintain proper inventory of parts and materials in assigned work area. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Follow all quality standards and safety procedures. Assist other departments as needed. Must have reliable transportation to work at both east and west side locations when required. Qualifications Ability to read and follow written instructions and basic blueprints. Experience using hand tools and mechanical assembly equipment. Basic computer navigation skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow directions and work independently.
