Warehouse Receiving Specialist

Base Pay This role offers a minimum base pay of $15.00 per hour, with potential for higher starting pay based on experience. Purpose The Warehouse Receiving Specialist plays a vital role in our warehouse operations, focusing on the unloading, auditing, and staging of products to ensure accurate store inventory recovery. Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available. Minimum Eligibility Requirements 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience preferred Forklift operation experience is a plus Strong oral and written communication skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy Adaptable to varying weather conditions Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines Willingness to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons Essential Functions Act consistently with the company's core values Stage products for accurate counting and inspection Complete all receiving paperwork thoroughly Store products efficiently to optimize space and ensure safety compliance Manage inventory rotation within the warehouse Oversee other related duties as assigned by management Adhere to the company’s safe lifting practices and operating procedures Complete required department and equipment training (must be forklift certified) Working Conditions Employee will frequently work in a warehouse environment alongside moving vehicles. Noise levels can range from moderate to noisy. Physical/Sensory Requirements Ability to exert 30-60 pounds of force occasionally, 20-30 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects. Frequent use of hands and fingers for handling items; standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, or crawling is required.
