Assembly - Small Parts Mentor, OH$17.00/hour1st Shift - 5:20am - 3:20pm Mon. through Thurs. We're hiring Assembly Workers to build FDA-regulated medical devices-no experience required! Job Duties: Assemble small components using hand tools, glue, coiling, welding, etc. Inspect and handle small parts for quality Troubleshoot basic equipment issues Update production boards and complete data entry Follow safety and cleanliness guidelines Stand/walk 70-100% of your shift • Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Comfortable working with small parts Able to read and follow written instructions in English Basic math and computer skills • Preferred Skills (Not Required): Arts & crafts, weaving, painting, or similar hobbies Prior manufacturing or assembly experience Why You'll Love It: Steady hours on 1st shift Team-oriented environment Hands-on, active workday Clean, FDA-regulated facility
