Forklift Operator

About the job Forklift Operator We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Forklift/Utility Operators to support warehouse and production operations across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. This is a fast-paced role that includes operating forklifts, replenishing materials, and ensuring continuous flow of production supplies. Forklift certification and previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks safely and efficiently Replenish raw materials and packaging supplies to production areas Transport finished goods and pallets to appropriate storage locations Maintain accurate records of inventory movement Perform stock rotation and follow FIFO procedures Assist with general warehouse and housekeeping duties as needed Perform pre- and post-operation forklift inspections Support other departments as directed by supervisor or team lead Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications. 2nd and 3rd Shift: $22.00 $23.00/hr 1st Shift pay based on experience (please inquire) Benefits: We offer comprehensive benefits to include health, and an incentive recognition bonus (all benefits are based on eligibility). Qualifications: Prior experience operating a forklift required; certification preferred Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically active tasks Basic math and inventory tracking skills Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills and willingness to take direction High school diploma or equivalent preferred Apply Today!
